Layer Upon Layer

This recipe is based on my mom's trusty raspberry tiramisu. She often brings this to parties, and it's always a hit because it is so fresh and not too filling. You don't have to be too precise in making this dish, you pretty much can't mess it up:

What you need

- 2 plain Greek Yogurts (or Magerquark)
- 0.5 dl cream
- 1 package of vanilla sugar
- sugar to taste
- 1 frozen package of raspberries
- 1 package of lady fingers

 Defrost the package of raspberries. Whip the cream in a bowl, combine it with the Greek yogurts and the vanilla sugar. In a casserole dish, spread a thin layer of the yogurt-cream mixture. Add a layer of ladyfingers on top, then another thin layer of the yogurt-cream mix. Then add the defrosted raspberries and if you want, sprinkle some sugar over top. Then add a final layer of yogurt-cream mix to cover the raspberries. I decorated my dish with raspberries and chocolate flakes.
