Favorite Chocolate Cake


My exams are done and computer problems are fixed, so all I need to focus on right now is enjoying the Christmas season, and I am pretty good at that :) Here is one of my all time favorite chocolate cake recipes that my mom has been making for years:

200 g dark chocolate
100 butter
3 tablespoons kirsch
75g sugar
4 eggs
2 tablespoons flower
Rosemary and powdered sugar for decoration

Melt the butter and chocolate, mix the eggs and sugar, add all the ingredients together and mix carefully. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 180 °C. You will end up with a super chocolaty, moist cake that tastes best on the second day, having cooled down in the fridge.
