My friend Maria made an incredibly delicious birthday cake for me last year, and since then I have always wanted to try out the recipe for myself. The great thing about this cheese cake is that it doesn’t need to be baked and the almost all-white ingredients make it look super polished. This creates the perfect base for a beautiful garnish. Appropriate for the fall season, I decided to use fresh figs and sprinkled some dark chocolate on top. The cake was amazing, as expected, and very photogenic if I do say so myself….
