Last week I bought myself a smoothie maker for $29.99. Probably the best investment I have made in a long time. I have been drinking smoothies every morning, and I have gotten quite creative with the ingredients. I always use a banana and two spoons of protein powder to keep me full. In this one I added some frozen blueberries, coconut flakes, cranberry juice and milk. It tasted delicious!

    ps. try out Trader Joes coconut flakes (or chips or whatever they are called), they are in a similar package than these.. super Yummy !! I really need to buy them once I come there !

  2. Oh I think I really should have a smoothie maker, too! I love smoothies and since I drink them very often it would be a great investment for me aswell :)
