My new healthy eating resolution just took an exciting turn. At my local gym, they hung up a big poster, promoting the importance of eating carbs and added a few recipes, including one for peanut-butter oatmeal balls. I thought, wellll, if the gym tells me to eat these delicious bites, then I must do it :)Recipe:
1 cup of oatmeal
1/2 cup of peanut butter
Vanilla extract to taste
Some maple syrup
Coconut sprinkles, optional for extra flavor.
