1tsp vanilla sugar
2tsp baking powder
1 pinch of salt
1 lemon (juice + skin)
3 apples (Cut in tiny pieces)
1. Blend the eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar.
2. Melt the butter and add the rest of the ingredients (except for the apples) and mix everything together.
3. Tip to make the cupcakes NOT stick to the paper: Fill the cupcakes half way and add the apples in one layer. Then add the rest of the batter until the cupcake forms are almost full. Bake the cupcakes for about 15 minutes on 175℃
100g white chocolate (crema catalana)
100g dark chocolate
200g cream cheese (Philadelphia)
Melt the chocolate. With an electric mixer, mix together the melted chocolate and the cream cheese in a bowl. Let the mixture cool down before putting it on top of the cupcakes.
