BBQ Side Dish


I love this simple recipe for a great BBQ side dish. 
What you need:
Pizza dough
2,5dl of sauce cream or creme fraiche
300g Potatoes
Rosemary
Salt, pepper

Put half of the sauce cream on the pizza dough, thinly slice the potatoes and put them on the dough, season with rosemary, salt and pepper, put the rest of the sauce cream on top. Bake at 250°C for about 30 minutes.
