Health Week Day and Night 5
Never ending day five....

Breakfast
 
Plain yogurt with strawberries.
 
Do I have a giant hand, or are those strawberries really small? :)

 Lunch
Humus, lentils, falafel and watermelon salad.

 Snack
Milk shake with fruits and low fat milk
 
 A fruity color :)

 Midnight snack
Indian mango, watermelon, dried fruit, 78% cacao chocolate, crackers, and I had a chicken salad at the hospital.

This day was very loooong. I had to work a nightshift at the hospital, so I packed a bunch of healthy snacks to give me energy throughout the night.
