Health Week Day 4
It looks healthier than it was :)

Breakfast
Muesli with yogurt and fruits.

 Lunch
Caesar salad and juice.

Didn't eat this :)

 Dinner
Salad with green beans, potatoes and trout.

Not on the pictures: I had a little snack at a tapas bar in town and some chocolate...*blushing*
(it was 78% cacao chocolate, though, so that's not too bad :))
This afternoon, I walked through the city with my mom and went into cute little boutiques. I bought two cupcake Christmas ornaments that I will use to decorate the table if I have guests coming over for dessert (after health week, of course). For exercise,  I went to power yoga and took a walk in the forest. All in all a great day! xxx
