Health Week Day 1
Small Steps for a Big Sweet Tooth ;) 

Breakfast: Farmer Croc musli with dried fruits, low fat milk and a black tea.

Lunch: Asparagus soup, plum pie

I figured I'd start health week slowly and still have this sweet dessert after lunch :)

Afternoon Snack: Thin crisp crackers with gruyere cheese and a nectarine.

Dinner: Salad with avocados, tomatoes, onion, croutons and a piece of whole wheat bread.
