10 Minutes to India
Indian is my favorite food, but since I can't afford to eat out every time I'm craving it, I came up with a simple way to make it myself.
Any store that sells foreign specialties will have a ready-made Indian curry such as Tikka Masala. Then, all you need is some Basmati rice, chicken, corn and pita bread (also called naan, available at a specialty food store). Cook the chicken together with the curry and corn, heat up the pita bread in your oven, and as soon as the rice is cooked, you made yourself a delicious Indian meal.
